It's sad that I wasn't able to join the taste testing at that time. Organic Herbal Teas are more of my thing, and that convention would have been really worth it.
So Tamar, are you also interested in blooming teas? Is there a certain blooming tea that you like? I was aware of the taste testing but I wasn't able to attend. Which of the following do you prefer? organic rooibos tea, organic oolong tea or organic white tea? I personally prefer the rooibos. It has an old-fashioned color and aroma to it that I like.
